Executive Committee:  Members are responsible for policy decisions affecting the goals and directions of F.A.A.D. 

Legal Fund Committee: Members are responsible for awarding funds to women faculty seeking financial help with legal expenses after reviewing and selecting applications that best fit the F.A.A.D. funding criteria. Members are also responsible a) for organizing actions of support, such as a letter writing campaign (when the committee deems it advisable), and b) for responding to email and phone calls from women faculty seeking information, support, or advice and referring them to specific members of the F.A.A.D. network of support.  

Oversight Committee: Members are responsible for the day-to-day functioning of F.A.A.D., responding to requests received through email and website, organizing F.A.A.D. presence and presentations at the annual NWSA conference.

Web Committee: Members are responsible for developing website and fielding or responding to requests related to the website.
